Road Rewards program is a SCAM - Road Rewards

The road rewards program is a scam. I have been trying to redeem a 15% discount on my ticket being that I earned it due to frequent travel. However, when I call customer services they send me to the rewards call center. The rewards call center send me to customer service. Then they sent me into the station. Nobody could help me apply the 15% discount. A total SCAM.
