Greyhound bus NEVER arrived to the station - Greyhound bus


I demand a refund for my advance purchase ticket because the bus never arrived at the station. I got to the Hanover, NH station at 4:00 am this morning way before the bus's scheduled departure time of 4:25 am. I waited at the station until 5:30 am, but the bus never came. I have called the Customer Service 15 times, tried to contact the Hanover station via phone 13 times, but nobody ever picked up. I demand an immediate refund for the time and energy that I wasted in waiting for a bus that never came. I know that Greyhound policy is that it doesn't issue refunds for delays in bus arrival times, but surely Greyhound must have sense enough to refund customers for buses that never arrived. I am furious right now because as a college student, paying for a Greyhound bus ticket is hard enough. And this is the kind of customer service I get for faithfully abiding by the rules and getting to the station before the bus's departure time? My dreams of going to see my family and friends in my hometown have just completely evaporated thanks to Greyhound's absolutely shoddy, irresponsible bus operation. Even if the Customer Service and the individual station are not open during the weekend, Greyhound must have sense enough to at least let the customers know via email or phone if they do not plan to run the buses for their scheduled dates and times. I am simply outraged and shocked by the fact that this kind of thing still happens on such nationally widespread transportation service like Greyhound. I am simply enraged and disappointed beyond belief. I will never, ever ride a Greyhound again if I don't get a refund for this incredible indignity.
